摘要
随着高密度计算机的广泛应用,热设计成为重要的设计内容之一,而应用仿真软件进行对比分析和设计成为一种行之有效的方法。文中通过FLOTHERM软件对一种高密度计算机进行了热设计和分析,通过多次迭代仿真,最终满足用户要求。
With the wide application of high density computer, thermal design has become one of the important design contents, and simulation software has become an effective method for thermal design and comparative analysis. This paper carries out thermal design and analysis of a high density computer using FLOTHERM software. The results can meet user requirements ultimately through iterative simulation.
