Transformation of Unfixed Body-in-white in Paint Shop

针对涂装车间车身转接过程中,在车身撬转电泳撬、电泳撬转面漆撬时,白车身与滑撬出现的不进销问题进行了相应的分析,对滑撬提出了相应的改进措施。也为后期设计新型的柔性四点定位滑撬提出了相应的改进意见。

This paper analyzes unfixed problem of body-in-white when-the body skid is transformed to eleetrophoresis skid and electrophoresis skid is transformed to paint skid in the transformation process of body-in-white. Improvement measures of skid are proposed. The corresponding improvement suggestions are also put forward for the design of new flexible four- point positioning skid.
