摘要
介绍当前全球前沿的大数据分析技术的基本理念,探索大数据技术在整车尺寸门匹配领域的应用尝试,阐述整车尺寸匹配问题预警与目前其他行业大数据应用的差异和创新解决方案。将内在逻辑较清晰的整车装配工艺,与仿真建模、数据采集获取以及贝叶斯网络模型大数据学习技术相结合,以实现整车尺寸领域的大数据预警。为相关行业领域大数据预警技术的应用提供参考。
Based on the basic introduction of global advanced big-data analysis technology, this paper studies the application of dimension matching analysis on the vehicle door assembly case. The difference between vehicle dimensional issue precaution and the other region's big-data application is illustrated, and a creative solution is proposed. The information including auto body assembly process, dimension simulation and data collection are integrated into Bayesian networks; and a big-data precaution approach in vehicle dimension field is realized. This work will he a reference for those relative business big-data applications.
