进料量及频率对振动给料机物料消耗功率的影响

摘要 为探究进料量及振动频率对振动给料机物料消耗功率的影响,利用三维离散元软件ED EM,对G ZD型振动给料机在不同进料量、振动频率条件下的给料过程进行了数值模拟,得出了给料机在不同条件下的物料消耗功率。结果表明:进料量越大,物料消耗功率越大;振动频率越高,物料消耗功率也就越高。在给料机工作一段时间后,其物料消耗功率将达到一个相对稳定的值,可将此值作为振动给料机设计中的物料消耗功率。 In order to explore the effects of feeding amount and frequency on material consumption power of vibrating feeder, the feeding processes of GZD vibrating feeder with different feeding amount and frequency are simulated using 3D discrete element software EDEM. Material consumption powers of vibrating feeder under different conditions are obtained. Results show that the feeding amount is larger, and the material consumption power is greater, the frequency is higher, and the material consumption power is greater as well After a period of the feeder working, the material consumption power will reach a relatively stable value which can be described as the material consumption power value in the design of vibrating feeder.
