摘要
利用2000—2007年持续经营的中国工业企业数据,采用倾向得分匹配模型,从市场进入视角考察出口是否会导致企业内熟练工人与非熟练工人之间工资差距的扩大。研究结果表明:进入出口市场对企业内熟练工人与非熟练工人工资差距的影响在当期并不显著,而长期则存在稳定的正向影响;进一步实证分析发现,出口对熟练工人与非熟练工人工资差距的影响程度与企业所在行业的技术水平相关,中低技术行业企业受出口影响程度更大且持续性更强。
This paper analyzes whether the export shocks lead to the wage gap between skilled workers and unskilled workers from the perspective of market entry based on Chinese lasting industrial enterprises from 2000 to 2007. The results show that export expands the wage gap, but these influences are not apparent in the current period, however, the effects will be significant and persistent in the long term. Further empirical analysis has found that the relationship between the influence degree of export on wage gap and technical level of the industries is linked, and the not high - tech enterprises will be influenced by the export shock more persistently.
