摘要
通过分析现在货运代理(以下简称货代)行业的现状以及货代公司所提供的主要服务,建立货代公司的服务质量评价体系,基于客户的角度对货代公司所提供的服务进行评价,根据客户的评价结果提出改进意见,不断提升货代企业的竞争优势。
This article seeks to analyze the current situation of forwarding industry and the main services provided by forwarder companies, as well as the service quality evaluation system built by the forwarder company from the perspective of customers which will be used to raise advices for improvement and so as to continuously enhance the competitiveness of the forwarder company.
