摘要
为规范烘箱法干燥参数并提高烘箱法测烟丝含水率的检测结果的一致性,采用烘箱法对不同的样品量、干燥温度、干燥时间以及烘盒个数对烟丝含水率检测结果的影响进行测定。结果表明,在试验范围内,随着样品量的增加,烟丝含水率检测结果标准偏差逐减小;烟丝含水率检测结果随着干燥温度的增加而增大,且干燥平衡所需的时间也越长;在试验范围内,随着烘盒个数的增多,烟丝含水率的检测结果变化不大,但检测结果的相对标准偏差值随烘盒个数的增多而增大。
In order to standard the drying parameters on moisture content in cut tobacco with oven method and improve consistency of test results, different sample weight, drying temperature, drying time and the number of exsiccation box were experimented, compared and analyzed. The results showed that within the test range, the standard deviation of the measured moisture content in cut tobacco decreased with the increase of test sample weight; The result moisture content of cut tobacco increased with the drying temperature increasing, and the reached equilibrium time for drying required a longer time with the drying temperature increasing; Within the test range, the moisture content of testing results was nearly no change with the number of exsiccation box increasing, but the relative standard deviation of test results increased with it.
