HPLC法快速测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B_1

Study on Rapid Determination of Vitamin B_1 in Infant Milk Powder by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

建立了快速测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B_1的高效液相色谱法。样品经水提取,饱和乙酸铅溶液沉淀蛋白,碱性铁氰化钾衍生,采用C_(18)色谱柱分离,以乙酸钠-甲醇(65∶35,V/V)为流动相,荧光检测器检测。该方法检出限为0.2 mg/kg,线性范围为0.01~1.0μg/m L,样品加标回收率在86.0%~88.8%之间。该方法样品前处理简便快速、测定结果符合定性定量要求,适用于婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B_1的测定。

A method for the rapid determination of Vitamin B1 in infant milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was developed. Vitamin B1 was extracted with water and using lead acetate to precipitate protein. The analysis was performed on a C18 column using sodium acetate-methanol （65 ： 35, V/V） as the mobile phase. The limit of detection was 0.2 mg/kg, the linear plots were obtained between 0.01μg/mL and 1.0μg/mL. Overall recoveries were between 86.0% and 88.8%. The results indicated that this method was quick and convenient, which could be used to detect vitamin B1 in infant milk powder.
