在线知识社区结构平衡对知识序化影响研究——以维基百科为例

Research on the Impact of OKC Structural Balance on the Knowledge Ordering——a Case Study of Wikipedia

针对当前缺乏从实证的视角研究在线知识社区(OKC)的社会网络对社区构建知识的质量或对知识序化影响的问题。本文以OKC的典型平台维基百科为例,分析了其中协同编辑过程中用户交互关系,采用网络结构平衡理论对词条社区构建了社会交互网络,进而以维基词条页面质量为知识序化指标进行计算,最后分析了在线知识社区中社会交互网络结构平衡对页面质量影响规律。分析结果表明,OKC社会交互网络结构呈现出"平衡—非平衡—动态平衡"的有序演化轨迹,维基词条质量在社会网络的动态演化过程中呈现螺旋上升趋势。该研究有利于揭示OKC的社会交互网络对知识序化影响的机理。

The lack of research of Online Knowledge Community （OKC） on the quality of OKC and the impact of the knowledge ordering from the empirical research. The typical platform of OKC--Wikipedia as an example, this paper analyzes the collaborative editing process in the interaction of users, constructs the social interaction network of wiki entry by structural balance theory. Then, we also calculate the wiki pages＇ quality as the knowledge ordering index and so analyze the influence of social interaction network structure balance on the quality of wiki pages in OKC. It turns out that the social interaction network showing a dynamic ＂equilibrium--disequilibrium--equilibrium＂ and or- derly trajectory with the wiki pages＇ quality exhibiting a spiral upward trend. It＇s helpful to reveal the mechanism of the influence of the social interaction network in OKC on knowledge ordering.
