美国是一个非常重视创新的国家,拥有完善的法律法规鼓励和支持创新,历届政府也不断发布及修订适应时代发展的创新战略文件。自2008年金融危机之后,美国政府连续发布了三个版本的《美国国家创新战略》。通过深入对比总结出了美国创新战略驱动主要内容演变历程、创新驱动战略的主要特征、创新驱动战略的机制和所采取的主要举措,疏理出较为全面的美国创新驱动战略的体系架构,为中国借鉴美国创新战略的制定、实施及创新驱动提供依据。

The United States is a country attaches great importance to innovation,and have perfect laws and regulations to encourage and support innovation. Since the 2008 financial crisis,the U. S. government released three consecutive version of the proceedings of the national innovation strategy. This paper indicates the main content,the main characteristic,the mechanism and main measures taken of innovation-driven strategy of the United States,and puts forward some enligtenmet for China.
