管道漏油的工艺判定与应急处置

Technology of Pipeline Leakage Judgement and Emergency Disposal

为了保证输油管道在运行时因各种因素发生泄漏时的及时发现和有效处置,重点研究管道泄漏时泄漏点上下游站场、管道参数的变化趋势,分析了泄漏监测系统的工作机理,对泄漏点的定位方法进行简单阐述。对管道发生泄漏后的工艺应急操作、汇报程序、现场安全布控、泄漏油品控制与回收的措施进行了说明,从而为管道泄漏后的判定和应急处置的有效措施提供了依据。

In order to guarantee pipeline due to various factors at runtime leakage found timely and effective disposal, this paper mainly studied the pipeline leak leak station upstream and downstream, the tendency of the pipeline parameters, analyzes the leakage monitoring system of the working mechanism, to briefly leak positioning method. Emergency of the technology of pipeline leakage after operation, reporting procedures, site safety monitor, leak oil control and recovery measures are illustrated, and for the determination of pipeline leakage after and emergency disposal of the effective measures to provide the basis.
