应用人工真皮复合组织瓣构建大鼠骨外露创面修复模型 被引量:5

Construction of rat exposed bone wound repair model by artificial dermis composite tissue flap

摘要 目的应用人工真皮复合组织瓣构建大鼠骨外露创面修复模型,并探讨其与人工皮直接修复、植皮修复效果的差异,为研究复合组织瓣的修复效果提供一个稳定的动物模型。方法 SD大鼠随机分成A、B、C、D组(每组15只),A组大鼠采用人工真皮复合组织瓣修复创面,B组采用人工真皮置入皮下直接修复创面,c组采用人工真皮置人筋膜下直接修复创面,D组采用植皮修复创面;分别在术后不同时间点(7、14、21、28d)观察修复情况。结果术后第28天A组修复的创面可以完全愈合,B、C、D组修复的创面不能完全愈合。结论应用人工真皮复合组织瓣修复大鼠骨外露创面是一种可行的修复方式。 Objective To construct a rat exposed bone wound repair modelby artificial dermis composite flap,andto explore the difference between the effect of artificial dermis direct repair and skin graft repair,and to provide a stable animal model for the studyof the effect of composite tissue flap repair.Methods The SD rats were randomly divided into forr groups:A,B,C and D (n =15).Group A was treated with artificial dermis composite tissue flap to repair the wound.Group B was treated with subcutaneous implantation of artificial dermis to repair the wound.Group C was treated with artificial dennis implantation under the fascia for direct repair of the wound.Group D was treated byskin grafting.The condition of the repair was observed on dlays 7,14,21,and 28.Results Group A wounds were completely healedby 28 daypost-operative.Wounds in the remaining groups did not achieve complete healing.Conclusion The application of artificial dermis composite tissue flap is a feasible method in the repair of rat exposed bone wounds.
