摘要 目的 开发建立可用于评价护理工作环境中新护士角色适应状况量表(Role Adaptation Scale,RAS).方法 通过5名护理专家评定和对307名新护士的调查,对问卷中存在的文化差异、问卷的效度、信度进行分析评价.结果 新护士RAS量表具有较好的表面效度和结构效度,内容效度为0.96;新护士角色适应和各构成因子之间呈正相关(r值0.307-0.781;P〈0.01),4个构成要素之间也有很好的相关性(r值0.340-0.714,P〈0.01);量表Cronbach′sα为0.600-0.903,因子和内容之间的相关系数均〉0.4,P均〈0.01.结论 新护士RAS具有较好的效度和信度,适用于护理工作环境中新护士角色适应状况的评估. Objective To develop and establish the role adaptation scale (RAS) in new nurses. Methods We analyzed and evaluated the cultural differences,validity and reliability of RAS by interviewing 5 nursing experts and investigating 307 new nurses.Results There were good face validity,content validity and construct validity (0.96). The positive correlation had been observed between role adaptation of new nurses and their factors (r=0.307-0.781,P〈0.01). The correlation among four factors were good (r=0.340-0.714,P〈0.01). The Cronbach′s α was between 0.600-0.903. The correlativity among factors and their items were 〉0.4 (allP〈0.01). Conclusions RAS has good validity and reliability and it is suitable as a scale to evaluate the role adaptation in new nurses.
