巧用一次性使用输血器替代传统洗眼器

Application of disposable blood transfusion apparatus instead of traditional eyewash equipment

目的 探讨将一次性使用输血器改制成眼冲洗器的应用效果.方法 将一次性使用输血器改制成眼冲洗器,并与传统洗眼器进行临床效果比较.结果 与传统冲洗器相比,洗眼时间平均由5 min减少至2 min;每天负责冲洗的护士人数由4名减少至2名;细菌性眼内炎并发症发生率由0.10‰下降至0.05‰;差错发生率由0.130‰下降为0.024‰;投诉率由0.087‰减为0.012‰,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 采用一次性输血器替代传统洗眼器,提高了临床效率,减少了并发症的发生,且明显提高了患者和医务人员的满意度.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using disposable blood transfusion apparatus as eyewash equipment.Methods The clinical effect of eyewash equipment that changed from disposable blood transfusion apparatus was compared with that of traditional eyewash equipment.Results Compared with the traditional eyewash equipment,the time of eye wash was decreased from five minutes to two minutes;the number of nurses responsible for washing every day was reduced from four to two;incidence rate of complications related to bacterial endophthalmitis was reduced from 0.10‰ to 0.05 ‰;error rate was dropped from 0.130‰ to 0.024‰;complaint rate was reduced from 0.087‰ to 0.012‰ （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Application of disposable blood transfusion apparatus in eye washing is effect and safe,it can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients and medical staff.
