农业科研院所涉密科研项目及科技信息保密管理问题初探

Studies on Management of Secret Research Projects in Agricultural Scientific Research Institutes and Issues Related to Science and Technology Information Secrecy Management

随着我国农业综合生产能力不断增强和全球进入互联网时代,农业科研项目及科技信息的保密管理工作也越来越重要。文章从涉密项目管理制度不健全、科研项目定密不准确、保密意识不强等方面探析了农业科研项目保密工作中存在的问题,提出了完善保密制度体系、贯彻科研保密规定、加强保密宣传教育、加强涉密要害部门和人员的管理等加强涉密科研项目保密工作的建议,以期为农业科研院所涉密项目保密管理提供参考。

With the continuous improvement of China＇s comprehensive agricultural production capacity and the global access to the internet era, secrecy management of agricultural research projects and science and technology information is becoming increasingly urgent. Problems in secrecy management of agricultural scientific research projects were analyzed in the paper from such aspects as the secret project management system is not perfect, classification is not accurate, security awareness is not complete. Suggestions for strengthening secrecy works were put forward, such as improving the secrecy system, implementing secrecy regulations, strengthening propaganda and education, and strictly managing important departments and personnel. These will provide references for secrecy management of secret projects in the agricultural scientific research institutes.
