摘要
农业科研基地建设是我国农业创新体系建设的重要组成部分,是发展现代农业的重要平台。文章以江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地为例,阐述了农业科研基地的功能与定位,分析了基地建设和运行管理中存在的问题与不足,提出了加强农业科研基地建设与管理的相关建议,如科学长远规划、强化管理者服务意识、基地农事操作实现机械化等,以期为我国农业科研单位基地建设提供参考。
The construction of agricultural scientific research base is an important part of the construction of agricultural innovation system in China, and also an important platform for the development of modern agriculture. Taking Liuhe Animal Science Base, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, functions and position of agricultural scientific experimental bases were discussed in the paper, and problems and shortcomings of their construction and operation management were analyzed. Suggestions to promote the construction and management of agricultural scientific research base were put forward, such as making scientific long-term plans, strengthening service concept af managers, realizing mechanization of agricultural practice in the base, which will provide references for the construction of China＇s agricultural scientific research bases.
