摘要 卷柏属植物隶属蕨类植物门石松纲卷柏科,全世界分布约为700余种,我国约有70余种,分布于全国各地。卷柏属植物广泛的地理分布、不同的生长环境以及在植物进化中所扮演的重要角色使其产生了大量结构新颖的二次代谢产物并呈现出一定的化学多样性。目前为止,国内外学者已经从卷柏属植物发现并报道了296个化学成分,主要包括炔酚类、(双)黄酮类、木脂素类、生物碱、甾体、萜类、蒽醌等多种结构类型。本文重点综述卷柏属植物化学成分多样性及其生物学功能的研究概况,为卷柏属植物深入研究与开发提供有益参考。 Selaginella, belonging to the plant family Selaginellaceae (Lycopsida), and comprises approximately 700 species distributed all over the world, of which approximately 70 species widely distributed in China. This extensive geographical distribution and different growth environment, as well as the important role in the evolu- tion of plants allow Selaginella plants to produce a large number of diverse secondary metabolites having novel structures, suggesting a chemodiversity of genus Selaginella. Phytochemical investigations have shown that Selaginella plants produce 296 chemical constituents so far, including alkyne-phenols, (bi)-flavones, lignans, alkaloids, sterides, terpenoids, anthraquinones, and others. In this paper, the research situation of chemodiversity and biological function of Selaginella at home and abroad was reviewed, which would provide useful reference for further research and development of this genus.
