临床药师运用RUCAM量表参与药物性肝损伤处理的实例分析

Treatment of drug-induced liver injury involving clinical pharmacists applying the Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method

目的介绍和阐述临床药师如何运用Roussel Uclaf因果关系评估法(the Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method,简称RUCAM量表)参与和处理药物性肝损伤(DILI)病例。方法查阅近年相关研究报道及指南,临床药师结合实例,运用RUCAM量表进行DILI评价及处理。结果临床药师将RUCAM量表运用到2例DILI病例中,及时发现并准确判断可能的DILI,积极处理药品不良反应事件。结论临床药师在工作中运用RUCAM量表可较好地鉴别可能的DILI,并发挥积极的干预作用。

Objective To illustrate the use of the Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method （RUCAM） on the assessment of drug-induced liver injury （DILI） by clinical pharmacists. Method Pharmacists used RUCAM to assess and deal with DILI in cases. Results Clinical pharmacists timely detected and accurately determined 2 cases of DILI by applying RUCAM. Conclusion By utilizing RUCAM, clinical pharmacists will better identify possible DILI and play an active role in the intervention.
