摘要 目的综述近年来傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱法在药学领域的应用进展。方法根据29篇相关文献,对傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱仪的基本构造、基本工作原理、主要技术参数及其在药学研究领域中的应用进行了简要综述。结果该质谱法在小分子化合物精确分子量测定、中药复杂体系化学成分分析、蛋白质组学和代谢组学中已取得了较为广泛的应用。结论傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱法因其独特的设计、超高的分辨率和质量准确度,适用于药学研究领域。 Objective To summarize the application progress of Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer( FT-ICR MS )in the field of pharmaceutical research. Methods The structure, working principle and the main technical parameters such as resolution and accuracy of Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer were introduced. And also,the application of FT-ICR MS method in the field of pharmaceutical research was reviewed. Results FT-ICR MS method has been used in the field such as accurate determination of molecular weight analysis for traditional Chinese medicine, proteomics for small molecule compound, chemical composition and metabolomics. Conclusions FT-ICR MS method has been widely used in the pharmaceutical research field due to the unique design, ultra high resolution and a ccuracy.
