舒适护理在乳腺癌化疗致重度骨髓抑制患者护理中的应用效果

To analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing in patients with severe myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy of breast cancer

目的在乳腺癌化疗致重度骨髓抑制患者护理过程中给予舒适护理,分析其临床效果。方法选取在我院治疗的患有乳腺癌化疗致重度骨髓抑制患者66例,将患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组33例患者。观察组的患者在常规的药物治疗基础上给予舒适护理,对照组的患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者在护理后的临床效果。结果两组患者经过不同的护理模式后,患者焦虑得分状态结果差异较大,观察组患者经护理后心理焦虑状态显著优于对照组心理焦虑状态,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发病率(30.30%)明显低于对照组的并发症发病率(57.58%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌化疗致重度骨髓抑制患者而言给予舒适护理,其临床效果较显著,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nursing care of patients with severe myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy of breast cancer.Methods Sixty-six patients with severe myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy of breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 33 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were given comfortable care on the basis of conventional medical treatment and the patients in the control group were given conventional care.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in the scores of anxiety status between the two groups after the different nursing modes.The psychological anxiety status of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications （30.30%） in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （57.58%）,which was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with breast cancer who underwent chemotherapy,the patients with severe myelosuppression had a good clinical effect,which was worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
