马钢大型高炉有害元素负荷及平衡分析 被引量:3

Load and equilibrium analysis of harmful elements in large blast furnace of Masteel

摘要 对马钢大型高炉有害元素(碱金属、锌、TiO_2、Al_2O_3)的收入、支出情况进行跟踪和计算,分析研究了烧结矿、球团矿及高炉原燃料中各有害元素的主要来源、所占比例、变化趋势、富集情况以及进出平衡情况。结果表明:马钢大型高炉Zn、碱金属负荷均在控制要求范围内,收支基本平衡,但有害元素负荷月平均值波动较大;烧结原料中混匀矿、OG泥以及球团原料中自产精1是高炉有害元素负荷的主要来源。提出了控制马钢大型高炉有害元素负荷的建议和措施。 Based on tracking and calculation of input and output for harmful elements(K,Na,Zn,TiO2,Al2O3)in the large BF of Masteel,the main source,the ratio of the volume,change trend,concentration and the balance of input and output of harmful elements in raw materials of sinter,pellet and BF were studied.The research results indicated that the load of zinc and alkali metal elements in the large BF of Masteel were controlled within a range of the requirements,and the input and output balance was researched basically,but monthly average of harmful elements was fluctuated more.The blended ores and OG sludge in sinter raw matericals and the self-produced iron concentrate one in pellet raw materials were the main sources of the load of harmful elements in BF.The suggestion and measure to control the load of harmful elements in the large BF were proposed.
