芯辊直径对异形环件热轧变形影响的有限元研究

Finite element study on the influence of mandrel roll diameter on hot rolling deformation of special shaped ring

摘要 采用Simufact软件建立了大型异形截面环件辗扩过程的三维有限元模型,模拟计算并揭示了芯辊直径对环件热辗扩过程中的等效应变、轧制力、环件尺寸的影响规律。结果表明:随着芯辊直径的增大,在径向孔型中,会导致金属在环件内表面流动阻力增大,从而使环件内表面等效应变减小,而在轴向方向,上下表面等效应变并没有明显变化;芯辊与环件内表面接触面积变大,使更多金属发生塑性变形,使径向轧制力逐渐增大,而轴向轧制力的变化趋势并无明显变化;在环件尺寸方面,芯辊直径的变化对环件尺寸的影响并不明显。 Based on the Simufact software,a three-dimensional finite element model of the large shaped cross section ring rolling was established,and the ring rolling process of the big size deformed section ring was simulated.The influence of the mandrel roll diameter on the equivalent strain,rolling force and ring size during hot rolling of the ring was revealed.The results showed that in the radial pass,the flow resistance of the metal in the surface of the ring was increased with the increase of the diameter of the mandrel roll,which reduced the equivalent strain at the inner surface of the ring.But in the axial direction,there was no obvious change in the upper and lower surfaces.The contact area became larger between mandrel roll and inner surface of the ring,which caused more metal plastic deformation and made the radial rolling force bigger.While there was no obvious change in the trend of axial rolling force.In the dimension of the ring,the influence of the diameter of the mandrel roll on the size of the ring was not obvious.
