摘要 以SUS304+Q235B热轧复合板卷为试验材料,利用单机架冷轧可逆轧机生产线,对SUS304+Q235B复合板卷进行了冷轧轧制工艺研究,分析了SUS304+Q235B复合卷冷轧变形规律及冷轧工艺控制技术,探讨了SUS304+Q235B复合板冷轧工艺参数,制定出一套适合生产实际的工艺方案。结果表明:单机架冷轧机组生产的SUS304+Q235B复合板界面结合良好,厚度尺寸和力学性能满足用户使用要求。 The cold rolling technology of SUS304+ Q235 B clad strip coil was studied on the production line of the single stand cold rolling reverse mill,with the experimental material of SUS304+Q235Bhot-rolling clad strip coil.The cold-rolling deformation law and control technology of coldrolling process for SUS304 + Q235 Bclad strip coil were analyzed,and the specified technology parameters were discussed.Finally the suitable process scheme for practical manufacturing was designed.The results showed that the SUS304+Q235Bclad strip coil produced on the single stand cold rolling mill exhibited good combination in the interfaces,and the thickness dimension as well as the mechanical properties could meet customer's requirements.
