晏阳初定县实验对当前贫困农民培训的启示

贫困农民培训旨在帮助贫困农民摆脱贫困,这在全面建成小康社会的背景下意义尤为重大,但实践中的培训效果并不尽如人意。如何使贫困农民培训收到令人满意的效果,使贫困农民真正脱贫,值得思考。回顾上世纪晏阳初先生的平民教育与乡村建设活动,同样以贫困农民为主要对象,无论成功的经验还是失败的教训,对今天的贫困农民培训而言都是宝贵的财富。尤其是定县实验,给我们今天的贫困农民培训实践方向以启发:争取散在资源,强化培训师资力量;夯实调研基础,确保培训有的放矢;兼顾生存技能培训与发展性教育,志在"真"脱贫;活化培训方式,力争构造培训合力。

Poor peasants＂ training to help the poor farmers get rid of poverty is of great significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way, but the effect of the practical training is not satisfactory.How to make poor farmers really get out of poverty is worth thinking. In the last century, Mr. Yan Yang-chu＇s populace education and rural construction movement, with farmers as the main target,are valuable assets for today＇s poor farmers training whether they were successes or failures. In particular, his experiment in Ding County,make us reflect on today＇s poor farmers training practice and explore the measures： concentrate on all possible resources, strengthen the strength of training teachers; tamp research foundation, ensure training objectives; place emphasis on survival skills training and development education, aim to achieve the ＂true＂ poverty shaking off; flexibly use training methods to construct the training＇s comprehensive force.
