摘要 职业教育教师专业发展问题已为职教界广泛关注。本文明确了职业院校教师专业发展的内涵,从国家职教政策、教育人事制度、学校管理层面、教师个人层面及区域社会经济环境等几方面分析当前制约高职院校教师专业发展的几大因素,并围绕主要因素对造成职业院校教师专业发展困惑的成因进行了分析。 The teacher professional development of vocational education has been a wide concern.The paper defines the connotation of teacher professional development in vocational colleges, and analyzes several factors restricting teachers professional development in higher vocational colleges from national vocational education policy, educational personnel system, school management, teachers" personal level, regional social and economic environment and so on.The causes of the confusion in the teacher professional development in vocational colleges are analyzed.
