摘要
作为一种新型教学模式,基于问题的学习模式(PBL)已逐渐在教育领域得到应用。本文旨在通过PBL应用于教师专业发展领域的实践,为教师专业发展领域存在的主要问题提供一种解决方案。基于一学年的实践,陈述了PBL在教师专业发展领域的应用实施过程、优点及不足等,最后作出了改进建议及展望。
As a new teaching model, Problem-based Learning (PBL) has been gradually applied to primary and secondary education. This paper aims to provide a solution to the main problems in the field of teacher professional development through the application of PBL to teacher professional development. Based on the practice of one academic year, this paper describes the application process, advantages and shortcomings of PBL in the field of teacher professional development. Finally, some suggestions and prospects are put forward.
