地铁区间隧道穿越人工回填卵石地层施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对乌鲁木齐地铁1号线三工站至宣仁墩站区间隧道,在穿越以卵石为主的人工填土区时的多次失稳现象,对原施工方案进行优化,提出地表袖阀管注浆暗挖法施工方案,确定注浆顺序、浆液配比、注浆过程控制、开挖方法、支护方案和专项措施。实际应用表明,地表袖阀管注浆暗挖法施工方案加固土体效果良好,在注浆预加固作用下进行开挖和支护,极大地降低了隧道失稳的风险。 Instability has occurred for many times when the tunnel from Sangong Station to Xuanrendun Station in Line 1 of Urumqi Metro passed through the area with artificially filled pebble soil. The original construction scheme was modified to solve the instability. It is proposed that the surface sleeve valve pipe grouting method of underground construction should be adopted, and the grouting order, ratio of grouting material, grouting process control, excavation method, support scheme and special measure were determined. It proved that the surface sleeve valve pipe grouting method of underground construction can significantly reinforce soil, and the risk of tunnel instability, appearing in the stage of excavation and supporting, was greatly reduced with grouting pre-reinforcement.
