中美电梯检验作业指导书比较研究之制动器检验

Comparative Study on Difference between Chinese and American Instructions for Brake Inspection of Elevator

本文首先简单介绍了美国的电梯检验作业指导书ASME A17.2,并针对近年来我国发生的多起由制动器失效引发的电梯事故,阐明了电梯制动器检验的重要性和紧迫性。接着分别叙述了我国安全技术规范及美国ASME对电梯制动器进行检验的方法,并就两者的特点作出了差异分析和研究。最后为进一步改进和完善我国的电梯检验技术提出了自己的建议。

This paper briefly introduces the operation instruction of ASME A17.2 firstly. As some elevator accidents caused by brake failure had taken place in China in recent years, this paper illustrates the importance and urgency of elevator brake inspection. Then, the paper describes the inspection methods of safety technology regulation in China and the inspection instructions of America separately, and analyzes the differences of elevator brake inspection between China and American. Finally, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions, tries to help improving and enhancing the inspection technique of elevators in China.
