摘要
通过大量的TOFD检测案例研究,发现了几种具有共性,非常容易引起误判的横向裂纹图谱。结合超声检测和实际解剖验证,得出横向裂纹图谱特征和判定方法,可以有效的防止实际检测中缺陷误判。
Through a lot of TOFD testing case study, several transverse crack maps with general characters are found, which are very easy to cause misjudgment. Combining ultrasonic testing and the actual verification, the transverse crack map feature and decision method is concluded, which can effectively prevent the defect misjudgment in practical detection.
