摘要
波兰共和国在特种设备管理方面有其独有的管理模式。本文主要从波兰特种设备管理部门的布局和相关法规、指令和标准两个大方面进行介绍和探讨,以期从中获得值得我国特种设备管理机构学习和思考的启示。同时也为我国特种设备制造单位打开波兰市场,推进中波两国特种设备领域的经贸往来提供有利的信息支持。
The Republic of Poland has its own unique management model in the field of special equipments. This paper mainly introduces and discusses the layout of Polish special equipment management institutes and the relevant regulations, directives, and standards. It aims at gaining inspirations worthy studying and thinking for domestic special equipment institutes. Meanwhile, it is hope to provide positive information support for China＇s special equipment manufacturers to engage in Polish market of this industry, further promote economic and trade communication between China and Poland.
