摘要
对一台MG25t-32m门式起重机的改造过程中,增加了马鞍座及斜拉桥,并利用ANSYS软件进行了动态分析,验证了结构加固方案的合理性,解决了起重机结构承载时主梁下挠、受力状态恶化等问题。
A dynamic analysis was taken by ANSYS for the transformation process of a MG25t-32m gantry crane by increasing the saddle and cable-stayed bridge on it, to verify the rationality of the structural reinforcement plan and solve the problems of crane structure when bearing, such as: girder deflection and stress worse.
