The thesis aims to state the effects to the safety and energy saving issues caused by boilers water treatment, according to the properties of the boilers in the barracks, which reflects the present problems existing in the management layers and manners, and puts forward the improvements through the prudent managerial analysis, to ensure the functions of the running of boilers.
