SWOT Analysis and Suggestions on the Development of Hefeng Tea Industry

茶叶是鹤峰县域经济发展的支柱产业,具有悠久的种植历史,在国内外具有一定影响,但发展遭遇瓶颈。针对近年来鹤峰茶叶产业发展存在一些亟待解决的问题,运用SWOT分析方法研究其发展的优势、劣势及面临的发展机遇和挑战,提出相应建议,以期为鹤峰县茶叶生产的可持续发展提供参考。

Tea is the backbone of Hefeng country＇s economic development with a long cultivation history and has a certain impact at home and abroad, but it＇s suffering the development bottlenecks. As to the development of Hefeng tea exists some problems that need to be addressed, SWOT analysis method is used to study the development strengths, weaknesses and the opportunities and challenges of the development, then to put forward the corresonding suggestions, so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of Hefeng tea.
