城镇化与经济发展互动影响研究——以江苏省徐州市为例

Study on the Interaction Between Urbanization and Economic Development——Taking Xuzhou City Jiangsu Province as an Example

中共十八大提出了新型城镇化战略,城镇化是中国经济发展的重要部分,是促进区域经济发展的重要手段,已经成为21世纪经济发展的一大主题。国内外的大量研究都表明了城镇化与经济增长之间存在着相互促进的关系。江苏省徐州市城镇化率在过去十年中大幅提升,城镇化的发展也促进徐州的经济发展。徐州市正处在经济转型的关键时期,对其城镇化与经济增长的关系进行研究,有利于加快徐州市城镇化进程和促进经济发展。从徐州市城镇化发展现状及原因两方面进行系统分析,首先从徐州的城镇化发展水平和经济质量改善情况出发,然后从城镇化发展中出现的问题进行叙述,基于分析提出了相关政策建议。

18th Party Congress of China put forward a new strategy of urbanization. Urbanization is an important part of economic development of China and an important means to promote regional economic development. It has also become a major theme in economic development in twenty-first Century. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research work which confirmed that urbanization and economic growth exists between the mutual promotion of Xuzhou city. The urbanization rate of Jiangsu province increased dramatically in the past ten years, and the development of urbanization promote the economic development of Xuzhou. Now Xuzhou is in a critical period of economic transformation. To study the relationship between urbanization and economic growth will accelerate the process of urbanization in Xuzhou city and promote the economic development of the two. The present situation and reason of urbanization development in Xuzhou are analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis of Xuzhou urbanization development level, improve the quality of the economic situation and problems in the development of urbanization, we propose relevant policy recommendations.
