高速公路大中修多目标集成管理指标体系研究

Study on Integrated Management Index System of Multi-objective of Large and Medium Expressway Maintenance

随着我国高速公路产业的发展,对于高速公路养护工程的项目管理的要求也越来越高,而其中的大中修工程目标管理是高速公路养护工作的重中之重。在对高速公路养护工程的现状及问题分析的基础上,分析了高速公路养护工作的重要部分大中修工程多目标体系框架,构建高速公路大中修"质量、成本、工期、健康、安全、环境"六目标集成管理指标体系,为高速公路大中修工程项目管理提供了目标指引框架。

With the development of expressway industry in China, the requirement of the project management of expressway maintenance is higher and higher. Among them, the target management of the expressway maintenance project is the top priority of the expressway maintenance work. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the current expressway maintenance projects, this paper analyzes the multi-objective system framework of the expressway maintenance project which is the important part of the expressway maintenance work, constructs the ＂Quality, Cost, Duration, Health, Safety, Environment＂ six target integrated management index system for the expressway maintenance project, and provides a target guidance framework for the project management of the expressway maintenance project.
