企业内刊改进工作的思考与实践——以《上游院》为例

随着社会和宣传工作的发展,以及人们对文化需求的提高,《上游院》也需要与时俱进,进行实时改进,通过去兄弟单位调研、策划问卷调查、收集领导建议,笔者总结了四条改进措施:积极主动扩源提质、字字斟酌精炼文章、图文并茂形式多样、做员工的贴心报。为了更好地落实这些措施,同时完善了上游院管理制度,完善文章筛选标准、完善编辑校对流程、完善审核制度,措施和管理制度,双管齐下。并在组稿、编辑、排版中,将这些措施应用到实际工作中,取得了较好的效果。

With the development of society and propaganda work, and raise awareness of the cultural needs of the ＂upstream courtyard＂ also need to advance with the times, real time improvement, through to the brothers unit investigation planning questionnaire, collecting leadership advice, we summarize four improvement measures： active expansion and upgrading, refining the illustrated form, consider every word do staff diversity, the intimate newspaper. And in soliciting, editing, typesetting, these measures will be applied to the practical work, and achieved good results.
