摘要
文章就目前中国人民解放军军军人退役养老保险制度的不足,即制度体系不完善、军地衔接不通畅、保障水平较低等方面进行了分析,并从保障范围、具体配套措施等方面提出了完善军人退役养老保险保险制度的具体设想。
