摘要
华东频率紧急协调控制系统是集成直流调升、抽蓄切泵、快速切除可中断负荷多项控制措施,应对单回或多回直流同时失去的综合安全稳定控制系统,文章论述了该系统能够尽最大可能减少外来负荷损失,有效提升华东电网频率稳定水平。
The East China frequency emergency coordination control system is a comprehensive security and stability control system. Its functions include increasing DC system power and cutting off pumped storage pumps and quickly removing interruptible loads. It is possible to minimize the loss of external load. It also effectively improves the frequency stability of East China Power Grid.
