摘要
工作面瓦斯涌出量是采面通风设计及制定采面瓦斯防治措施的主要依据。为了预测常村煤矿2120工作面的瓦斯涌出量,通过现场测定、收集整理常村煤矿综放面瓦斯资料,分析了易自燃特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面瓦斯涌出特点、来源、构成及影响因素。结果表明:风排瓦斯量、采空区瓦斯涌出量和钻场抽放瓦斯量的比例分别为41.1%、50.8%和8.1%;综放面瓦斯涌出量与产量、采面推进距离、生产工序、大气压等因素有关;建立了易自燃煤层综放工作面瓦斯涌出量预测模型,以对未采区域采面瓦斯涌出量进行预测,以便为制定瓦斯防治措施提供科学依据。
The working face gas emission is main basis to design coal face ventilation and formulate control measures. To predict work- ing face gas emission, through site measuring, collecting and sorting of fully mechanized caving face gas data from the Changcun coalmine, have analyzed extremely thick coal seam prone to spontaneous combustion fully mechanized top coal caving face gas emis- sion features, source, composition and impacting factors, The result has shown that the proportion of ventilation drained gas emission, gob area gas emission and drilling site drained gas emission is 41.1%, 50.8% and 8.1% respectively. Fully mechanized caving face gas emission is related to factors including output, coal face advancing distance, production process and barometric pressure etc. Estab- lished gas prediction model for coal seam prone to spontaneous combustion fully mechanized caving face can carry out prediction of vir- gin zone coal face gas emission, and provide scientific basis for formulation of gas control measures.
