利用热压工艺试制块状高导热石墨

Preparation of bulk graphite with high thermal conductivity by using hot pressing process

摘要 以天然鳞片石墨为骨料,煤焦油沥青为黏结剂,混捏成糊料后装入特制的模具,在加压的状态下对模具和糊料进行通电加热,在6~10 min之内温度升高到1 400℃,入水冷却后得到块状高导热石墨。石墨块尺寸为460 mm×230 mm×135 mm,垂直于压力方向的室温导热系数达到378 W/(m·K)。 A bulk graphite with high thermal conductivity was prepared with natural flake graphite as the aggregate and coal tar pitch as the binder. The process contains kneading the mixture of natural flake graphite and coal tar pitch into paste, loading into a special mould, heating up to 1 400℃ within 6-10 min by means of Ohmic heating at high pressure, and finally cooling in water. The dimension of the graphite blocks is 470 mm×230 mm×120 mm, and the thermal conductivity perpendicular to the pressure direction of the graphite blocks is 378 W/(m-K).
