摘要 隔离病房通风系统除了提供舒适的治疗环境,还需要不断通风换气,有效移除病房内污染空气,防止病人呼吸、咳嗽携带病毒的扩散,为了选择合适的通风方式,需要在研究的基础上,建立室内通风计算模型,对隔离病房进行置换通风设计,并将传统混合通风效果和所设计的置换通风效果进行数值模拟,分析不同形式下室内气流组织形式,并对病房通风性能进行评估,通过不同送风模式模拟结果、病毒排出效果比较分析,得到较理想的隔离病房通风模式。相对于原始天花板送风系统,置换通风系统有利于控制污染空气扩散,且双侧壁送风系统更利于气流均匀分层,在满足病人及医护人员的热舒适感的同时,有效提高隔离病房的空气品质。 In addition to provide a comfortable environment for patients, ward ventilation system also needs to supply proper ventilation, remove ward air pollution effectively, to prevent viruses caused by breathing and cough of patients from spreading. In order to select an appropriate ventilation, on the basis of experiments, we established an indoor ventilation calculation model, designed the displacement ventilation in isolation wards, and the ventilation ef- fectiveness of both traditional mixed ventilation and displacement ventilation we designed of the isolation ward was simulated. We analyzed the indoor airflow organization of different forms of air supplies and the effectiveness of poilu- tant discharge to evaluate the performance of ward ventilation, then obtained the ideal isolation ward ventilation mode by comparing the numerical simulation results of different air supply modes. Relative to the traditional ceiling air sup- ply system, the displacement ventilation system is helpful to control polluted air spread, and double side air supply system is more conducive to airflow uniform stratification, which can meet the thermal comfort requirement of patients and medical staff, and improve the isolation ward air quality at the same time.
