火电厂炉膛火焰视频图像燃烧稳定性监测仿真 被引量:2

摘要 对火电厂炉膛火焰燃烧稳定性的监测,可有效提高锅炉的安全系数。通过炉膛火焰的视频图像对燃烧稳定性进行监测,需要先对火焰图像进行模糊增强操作,然后将图像转换回三原色空间,完成对火焰燃烧稳定性的监测。传统方法对原始图像进行重构,利用图像的二维颜色信号完成燃烧稳定性监测,但忽略了将图像转换回三原色空间,导致监测结果精度低。提出基于视觉分析的火电厂炉膛火焰燃烧稳定性监测方法,融合于RGB颜色理论模型将炉膛火焰彩色图像分解成RGB三个二维信号,对每个二维信号进行小波变换,将炉膛火焰图像由空域转换到模糊域进行模糊燃烧稳定性监测操作,操作后将图像转换回三原色空间,完成了对火电厂炉膛火焰燃烧稳定性监测。实验结果表明,所提方法燃烧稳定性监测效果好,火焰各燃烧区域区分明显,为提升火焰图像监控技术奠定了基础。 A monitoring method for combustion stability of flame video image in hearth of heat - engine plant is put forward. The color image of flame is divided into three two - dimensional signals with red, green, and blue (RGB) respectively integrated with RGB color theory, then the wavelet transform for each signal is carried out to convert the flame image from area space to fuzzy field to monitor fuzzy combustion stability. After that, the image back is converted to space of three - primary colors. Thus, the monitoring for combustion stability is completed. Ex- perimental results show that the method has good monitoring effect. It distinguishes each combustion zone of flame ap- parently and lays a foundation for improving monitoring technique of flame image.
