煤层气井射孔对煤岩破坏性预测仿真 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究煤层气井射孔作业对煤岩结构的破坏性、直观展示射孔作业中弹丸穿入煤岩过程和分析孔眼周围煤岩产生煤粉原因,参照弹丸侵彻靶板的分析方法,建立了煤层气井射孔作业SPH模型,利用ANSYS软件中的LS-DYNA模块进行了模拟计算,并运用LS-PREPOST模块分析了射孔对煤岩的造成剪切与挤压破坏,仿真结果表明,用SPH法能较好地模拟射孔作业中弹丸的穿越过程、孔眼周围煤岩的应力分布和破坏模式,从而可以得到煤层气射孔作业对煤岩造成的破坏程度。 In order to study the coal and rock damage caused by eoalbed methane well perforation, to display the process of the pill entering into the coal and rock, and to analyze the causes of coal powder around perforation oversize, which results in producing a large number of coal powder, according to the analytical method of projectile pene trating target, the CBM well perforating operation SPH model is established and simulated by the LS - DYNA module in ANSYS. The extrusion damage and shear damage to coal and rock caused by perforation is analyzed by LS - PRE- POST module. The simulation results show that the transmission of pill across coal and rock, stress distribution and damage modes of coal and rock around perforation can be simulated very well by using SPH method. The degree of damage to coal and rock caused by CBM well perforation can be obtained.
