护理风险管理在外科新毕业护士护理管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Risk Management in Training of Newly-graduated Nurses

目的探讨护理风险管理在新毕业护士护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年12月至2015年12月在某医院外科任职的32名接受护理风险管理的新毕业护士作为观察组,选择2013年12月至2014年12月在某医院外科任职的32名接受常规培训的新毕业护士作为对照组,对比分析比较风险管理前后新护士"知-信-行"(KAP)问卷得分、护理风险和投诉事件发生率及患者护理满意度。结果护理风险管理后新护士对风险管理的认识、态度和行动得分均明显高于风险管理前(均P<0.05),风险和投诉事件发生率低于风险管理前(P<0.05),患者护理满意度明显高于风险管理前(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理能够有效提高新毕业护士护理质量,减少不良事件的发生,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing risk management in training of new- ly-graduated nurses.Methods Totally 32 newly-graduated nurses receiving nursing risk management train- ing in the surgery department of a hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in the ob- servation group of this research, while 32 newly-graduated nurses receiving routine training from December 2013 to December 2014 were chosen as control group. Both the observation group and the control group were evaluated according to the KAP questionnaire score, the nursing incidence and complaint rate,and the patient satisfaction degree.Results After the nursing risk management,the understanding,attitude and re- sponse scores on risk management of the newly-graduated nurses all increased significantly（all P〈0.05）, and the nursing incidence and complaint rate were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, the patient satisfac- tion degree was significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Nursing risk management can effectively improve the nursing quality, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve patient satisfaction de- gree.Therefore, it is worth recommending for clinical popularization and application.
