成都市基础设施投资与经济增长关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Infrastructure Investment and the Economic Growth in Chengdu

学术界对基础设施投资与经济增长的关系进行了多维度的研究,所得结论也有一些差异,而利用成都市1999~2015年的相关数据,通过多元回归模型分析,发现:(1)成都市一般基础设施投资和高级基础设施投资均对成都市经济增长有正面的影响,其中高级基础设施投资对经济增长的影响大于一般基础设施投资;(2)成都市基础设施投资结构从时间结构上看稳步增长,但增长率波动较大,从行业结构上看还不合理,高级基础设施投资明显不足;(3)部分基础设施投资不足,资金供需矛盾突出。

The relation between infrastructure investment and economic growth has been studied from different perspectives and the conclusions are different from one another. The present study shows, by drawing on the data of infrastructure investment and economic growth in Chengdu from 1999 to 2015 and the regression model, that （1）Both basic infrastructure and advanced infrastructure investment have positive impacts on economic growth in Chengdu, the impacts of advanced infrastructure investment on economic growth being greater than those of the basic infrastructure investment ; （ 2 ） The infrastructure investment structure has witnessed a steady growth along time, but the growth rate is rather fluctuant, which is seen as unreasonable in terms of industrial structure. And the advanced infrastructure investment is obviously insufficient ; （3） Part of infrastructure investment is under - capitalized, incurring a collision between the supply and demand of funds.
