信息科技的高速发展,使得电信诈骗以高发态势增长。而在电信诈骗案件侦查中,由于犯罪嫌疑人狡猾多变,有较强的反侦查能力,加之取证困难,常常导致讯问工作陷入僵局。为此,侦查人员应以电信诈骗案件的案情事实和取得证据为基础,认真分析和揣摩犯罪嫌疑人的心理特点,针对性地制定有效的讯问对策,以查明案件事实,及时获取相关证据,将电信诈骗犯罪嫌疑人一网打尽。

The rapid development of information technology makes the telecommunication fraud increase in high- ly growing trend. In the investigation of telecommunication fraud cases, because the suspects are cunning and changeable, with strong anti-detection capabilities, combined with difficulties to get evidence, the interrogation work often reach a deadlock. To this end, the investigators should be based on the facts and evidences of telecom fraud cases, carefully analyze and try to figure out the psychological characteristics of the suspects and develop ef- fective interrogation measures to identify the facts of the case, get the relevant evidence and catch all the suspects of the telecommunication fraud.
