在过去的二十多年间,罗马尼亚政府对旧的警察体制进行了大规模改造。罗马尼亚政府和警察主管机关对警察培训高度重视,认为搞好警察教育是直接关系到建设一支高素质、专业化警察队伍的关键。在警务工作走向国际化的今天,研究审视罗马尼亚警务机制及其职业培训的特点,思考其如何充分激发警员执行任务的积极性与主动性,确保警员提升服务的质量与效率。借鉴现代域外警察培训机制、方法对我国警察培训理论与实战创新有着积极意义。

Over the past two decades, the Romanian government has carried out a large-scale transformation to the old police system. The Romanian government and the police authorities attach great importance to the training of the police. They believe that doing a good job of police education is directly related to the construction of a high-quality and professional police team. In the context of internationalization of police work, the study looks at the mechanism of Romanian police and the characteristics of its vocational training and considers how it can fully stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the police officers to ensure the quality and efficiency of the service. It has a positive reference to draw lessons from the modern extracurricular police training mechanism and the meth- od for the innovation of China＇s police training theory and practice.
