“三大创业极”对大学生创业的迭代促进机制研究

A Study on the Iteration Mechanism of the "Three Entrepreneurship Poles" Influencing College Students' Entrepreneurial Behavior

大学生自主创业是提升就业率、促进经济活力的有效手段,如何鼓励大学生群体投身创业浪潮是创业型经济发展中亟待解决的问题。因此,从大学生"三大创业极"对创业活动的带动效应出发,分析创业者、信息资源和技术、创业环境三要素在创业极形成过程中的作用。探索自由、开放的创业生态环境下,创业团队、大学创业教育、创新创业企业在形成极化效应的同时,发挥扩散作用对大学生创业活动重复反馈、不断提升的迭代过程。在此基础上,提出以"三大创业极"为核心,以创业生态环境为支撑,各要素协同发展的促进大学生创新创业发展的举措。

The entrepreneurship of college students is an effective way to improve the employment rate and to stimulate the vigor of economy. How-ever,how to encourage the population to devote themselves into the entrepreneurship activities is an urgent problem to be solved in the en-trepreneurial economy development. For this purpose the article,from the perspective of the driving effects that the ＂three entrepreneurship pole＂ takes on college students＇ entrepreneurial activities,analyzed the roles of three elements,including entrepreneurs,information resources and technology,in the forming process of entrepreneurship pole. It also explored the free entrepreneurial ecological environment,entrepreneurial team,entrepreneurial education and innovative start-ups which may become the influential factors of the polarized effect. At same time,entrepreneurial activities would repetitively feedback and enhance the iterative process through the effect of diffusion. Therefore,the measures are as following： based on the core of ＂Three entrepreneurship poles＂,a good entrepreneurial ecological environment should be established,and all elements are coordinating the development in order to promote the development of college students＇ entrepreneurial behaviors.
