摘要
胰腺星状细胞(PSC)是位于胰腺小叶间和腺泡周围区的一种多能细胞。PSC激活后可转化为肌成纤维样细胞,多项证据提示活化的PSC是病理条件下器官累及细胞外基质(ECM)蛋白的主要来源,促进胰腺纤维化。近年研究发现PSC对于内分泌细胞功能,胰岛纤维化和糖尿病中也有着重要的作用。本文系统总结了PSC新近发现的相关生物学行为的研究进展,包括其干细胞特性、与细胞衰老的关系及能量代谢,以期为胰腺相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Pancreatic stellate cell (PSC) is a kind of pluripotent cells located in the interlobular and acinar areas of pancreas. Activated PSC can transform into myofibroblast-like cells. A number of evidences suggest that activated PSC can produce amount of the extracellular matrix ( ECM) protein under the pathological conditions, which can induce pancreatic fibrosis. Recent studies have found that PSC plays an important role in endocrine cell function, islet fibrosis and diabetes. This paper summarizes the current research of PSC biological behaviors, including its stem cell properties, cell senescence and energy metabolism, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of pancreatic-related diseases.
