摘要
以供水泵站系统为研究对象,采用故障树分析技术(FTA),分析供水泵站的主要故障模式、发生的原因和产生的影响。并结合现有的测试能力,确定故障检测方案,制定故障应对策略,降低故障发生概率及其影响,提高泵站运行可靠性,并为供水泵站系统制定维修计划、改善设计方案提供参考。
Water pumping station system is taken as the research object,and the main failure modes,causes and influence of water supply pumping station are analyzed by FTA(fault tree analysis technique).Based on present ability of testing,system can supply the detection method of faults and schedule relevant strategies.It can help us to reduce the failure probability and effect,improving the reliability of the pumping station,and providing the reference of making maintenance plan and modifying the design.
